MY PORTFOLIO

Showcasing my passion for creating immersive 3D visuals, animations, and simulations.

Modified Hindustan Ambassador

This project holds a special place in my heart because it combines my respect for one of India’s legendary cars—the Hindustan Ambassador—with my journey in mastering 3D modeling. I decided to take this iconic car and reimagine it as a modern, modified version to showcase my skills and creativity. When I started working on this project, I was still a beginner in Blender. Balancing college work and modeling such a detailed car was a real challenge. It took me about 2 to 3 weeks of consistent effort, but the end result made it all worth it. This project not only reflects my growth as a 3D artist but also my love and respect for automobiles, especially this legendary car.
The Process
Creating this car in Blender taught me the importance of accurate blueprint alignment. Even slight misplacements can disrupt proportions and compromise the model, making precision and patience essential. Another challenge was sourcing high-quality blueprints, as industries often don’t provide open-source resources for detailed models like cars or jets. Despite these hurdles, I persevered and completed the entire project in Blender—from modeling and detailing to texturing and rendering. Every aspect, from the car’s smooth curves to its intricate wheels and headlights, was crafted with care, making this a full-cycle creation and a valuable learning experience.
The Outcome
This modified version of the Hindustan Ambassador is one of my finest and most memorable works in automobile design. It showcases my technical skills while paying tribute to a vehicle that has been an enduring icon of Indian automotive history. Every element was carefully crafted to preserve its legacy while incorporating a fresh, modern touch. This project also reflects my journey from struggling with the basics to achieving professional, polished results. It stands as a testament to the dedication, passion, and perseverance required to create something truly meaningful, even when starting out as a beginner.

NIAMT SAE

This promo ad for the NIAMT Racing Club’s Qatar competition is a showcase of my skills in Blender, Substance Painter, and Unreal Engine. Throughout the process, I utilized each software to its full potential to bring the concept to life with dynamic visuals and high-quality details.

The journey began with the 3D modeling of the racing vehicle and environment in Blender. I focused on precision and realistic detailing, paying close attention to the car’s intricate components and the surroundings. Once the basic model was in place, Substance Painter was used to create high-quality textures, adding wear and tear, reflections, and realistic materials that truly brought the car and its environment to life.

The real magic came when integrating the project into Unreal Engine. The Lumen global illumination system gave the scene stunning lighting and realism, capturing the natural interaction between light and surfaces in real time. As I dove deeper into Particle Systems and Blueprints, I found an exciting way to animate the car’s movement, exhaust effects, and environmental interactions. The entire process was smooth, intuitive, and creative, enhancing both the technical and artistic aspects of the project.

The final product was a visually striking promo ad that not only showcased the capabilities of the Racing Club but also demonstrated a seamless fusion of creativity, technology, and dynamic visual storytelling. The realistic lighting, attention to detail in textures, and exciting motion captured the essence of the racing competition, leaving a lasting impact on the viewers.

F 16

I am currently working on an ambitious project for Nation First, featuring the iconic F-16 fighter jet. This endeavor combines advanced tools and techniques to achieve cinematic-quality visuals and immersive storytelling.

The process begins with precise 3D modeling and rigging in Blender, where I use Blender’s Constraints to craft smooth, seamless animations. Once the animation reaches perfection, it is baked for seamless integration into Unreal Engine. In Unreal Engine, the entire scene is built and refined, leveraging its powerful tools like real-time rendering, dynamic lighting, and particle effects to enhance realism and engagement.

To add depth and authenticity, texturing has been meticulously carried out in Substance Painter, ensuring that every rivet, panel line, and material detail of the aircraft is accurate and visually striking. The combination of realistic textures and dynamic environments elevates the scene, immersing viewers in the thrilling world of modern aviation.

This project is a fantastic opportunity to push the boundaries of my creativity and technical expertise. It reflects my dedication to achieving high-quality results and my passion for creating immersive visual experiences. Here’s a glimpse of the evolving scene, with many more exciting elements still in progress. Stay tuned for what’s to come!

FIVE MULTIROLE FIGHTERS

I created a showcase video for Nation First (100k+ subscribers), spotlighting five multi-role fighter jets that India is considering for procurement. The project involved extensive work in Blender, where I meticulously crafted the 3D models of the jets, focusing on accurate proportions and intricate details. To bring these models to life, I used Substance Painter to add realistic textures, including weathering, metallic finishes, and paint schemes, ensuring each jet reflected its unique characteristics.

The models were then integrated into Unreal Engine, where the real magic happened. I leveraged Unreal Engine 5.5’s procedural cloud system, a cutting-edge feature that brought stunning realism to the aerial environments. This system added dynamic, volumetric clouds, which not only enhanced the fighter jet animations but also created immersive, cinematic visuals. These clouds, combined with the engine’s real-time global illumination and detailed particle effects, elevated the overall quality of the video to a professional standard.

This project was a blend of creativity, technology, and storytelling, showcasing the fighter jets in action against breathtaking backdrops. The video successfully captured the attention of Nation First’s audience, reflecting the innovative and dynamic possibilities of modern 3D animation and rendering workflows.

TATA HARRIER

This project marks my first high-realistic automobile model: the Tata Harrier concept car (H5X). Previously, my work primarily focused on low-poly, top-down models optimized for games. However, with this project, I set out to challenge myself and push my skills beyond their limits by creating a fully detailed, dimensionally accurate model.

The Tata Harrier was meticulously crafted in Blender, where I utilized advanced 3D modeling techniques to ensure every curve, detail, and feature was captured with precision. This included attention to the car’s exterior design, the intricate details of the wheels, headlights, and body panels. Additionally, I used Substance Painter for texturing, which allowed me to add depth and realism, such as weathering, paint effects, and realistic material details.

For rendering, I turned to Cycles, Blender’s ray-tracing engine, which enabled me to achieve a photorealistic finish. The lighting, shadows, and reflections were carefully adjusted to give the model a lifelike presence, making the concept car appear as though it could drive off the screen.

This project marks a significant milestone in my growth as a 3D artist, as it demonstrates my commitment to precision, realism, and a deeper understanding of automotive design. It reflects the progress I’ve made from simpler models to creating complex, high-detail designs. The Tata Harrier concept car (H5X) is a testament to my ongoing journey of learning, refining my craft, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in 3D modeling and rendering.
